Benefit payments are subject to the terms, conditions and exclusions of the Policy and limited to the sum insured as

Eligibility
Your eligibility for this insurance is subject to the following conditions:
- You are at least eighteen (18) years of age and under sixty-four (64) years of age at the policy commencement date.
- You must have entered into a finance agreement as borrower or mortgagor within six (6) months prior to the policy commencement date.
- You are a permanent resident of Australia.
- You must be in permanent employment.
Waiting Periods applicable to this policy
- There is a thirty day (30) waiting period applicable to the Involuntary Unemployment Benefit cover commencing on the insured person's final date of employment. No payment is made for or during this, the waiting period.
- The Involuntary Unemployment benefit will not be paid if the insured person was unemployed or advised that their employment would be terminated at or immediately prior to the policy commencement date or at any time during the first sixty (60) days after the policy commencement date.
